Han Hong

2hanheadshotSmall 187x158Han Hong is the Director of the Webb Family Foundation. She directs all Foundation activities and serves as the liaison to community, business, and government organizations.

“Everyone has the potential to make a positive impact on their life and on others. The unique combination of the opportunity to succeed, and the individual’s desire to succeed, will produce great things in this world. We just need to give them a chance.”

Prior to joining the Foundation, Han served as a relationship manager and product strategist at LiveOps. As a result of Han’s focused stewardship and results-driven strategies, she grew some of LiveOps’ largest and most challenging client accounts, and successfully launched one of LiveOps’ fastest growing product lines. Before LiveOps, Han started her career in AT&T’s Leadership Development Program. Under her leadership, she improved productivity and led her teams to be #1 in their respective regions.

Han also serves as an Education Pioneer Fellow at StudentsFirst, a national education reform advocacy organization.

Han received her BA in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley. Her student advocacy work and experience with impoverished youth in Vietnam inspired her desire to move into Education. Han is humbled by the opportunity to work for the Webb’s and organizations making a difference in children’s lives.
